The most deplorable front office services i ve ever come across My 10 years career and contribution in the Hospitality Industry I have always learnt that a smile is the most important tool that employees have at their disposal. it may seem like a small gesture but a smile can make a big difference in the experience of a guest. It is a universal sign of warmth and friendliness. It also has a positive impact on the employee. It makes the difference between a mediocre experience and a memorable one and they are more likely to return and recommend the business to others I came to check-in hotel reception counter staff are not available. Room dusting and bathroom not maintained properly.bathroom supplies body lotion, talc powder which kept in bathroom it was used. Coffee mug not placed in room after request also provided one mug only. Night time we requested compliment water bottle there not ready to give night manager we said me to use smart water sir its chargeable. After cleaning the room not replaced the towels. A/c noisy Hot water is not available in shower. Bathroom fittings are old. Hand towel not placed. Ird food was good.

Prawns are stinking . Spinal waste is not removed . Such a terrible Restuarant. Please avoid the hotel . They are not ready to exchange or remove the platter . I hope @swagath De Royal will change their policies towards customers . Hope I won’t get food poisoned

Took the risk of staying here assuming that the low ratings were for the restaurant and not the hotel. The rooms are functional, as in they weren't dirty and there were beds. Everything else was horrible. The food was ridiculously expensive and the blandness was proportionate to the price. So don't even think of ordering anything. They even have the archaic way of only taking cash as a deposit. My rating is also based on a possibly rare bad experience. They lock the gate downstairs at night without informing the guests. I was stranded outside for a while, with noone around and noone picking the call. Finally after entering through the basement and reaching my room, my key card wasn't working. At this point went to the reception and realized noone there either. Was just going around searching every admin room, knocking around for 20 minutes. Finally had to go back to basement and found someone , who called someone else who appeared out of nowhere. To summarize , if you are looking for an average quality place to stay when traveling, this is not that place. But below average? This is a strong contender.

We had get together of batchmates of 1963 batch of Engineering College Kakinada now JNTUK to honour one of our classmate Dr. Ganti Prasada Rao 77 years old still working in Abu Dhabi who got distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT Kharagpur in their recent convocation. We met from 11 AM to 3 PM. We had a " Veda Pathanam and Mahadasheervachanam" by a pujari, laying of shawl around the shoulders of Dr. Ganti Prasada Rao, presenting new cloths to Ganti couple, sharing of our experiences with Ganti etc. followed by a sumptuous luch buffet in the hotel. Mr. Ram Babu Manager helped us putting certain section of the restaurant reserved exclusively for us to complete the event successfully. The hotel staff cooperated for the successful completion of the event. All of us liked the buffet lunch very much. We will not hesitate to come back to the hotel for another event in future.
